Left of Bang!

This seminar will deal with the part of the Timeline that occurs before the first physical contact; that space that is to the ‘left' of when it goes BANG!! We will cover observation and awareness skills; the behavioural signatures of the criminal and violent; verbal diffusion skills; body language; and, control of adrenaline and emotions. Managing this portion of the timeline properly is critical to success and safety. It will be based on civilian situations, and will reflect over 30 years of learning and practical experience.
