Refund Policy

Returns Policy for Goods

IKMF policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In special circumstances we shall consider full or partial refund. If such a case is relevant – please contact us at: ikmf.merchandise@gmail.com


Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at:ikmf.merchandise@gmail.com . Please note that often there is some processing time before a refund is posted, and your account is credited.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they have reached the costumer defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the similar item due to sizing issues, send us an email at ikmf.merchandise@gmail.com and send your item to:

The costumer will be responsible for paying for his own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the actual cost of both send shipping fees and return shipping fees (if relevant) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping item/s over $75.-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but a tracking number may help us to monitor your package.

 

Please note that custom may apply. IKMF Ltd. will not pay for it.

IKMF Ltd. will not be responsible for any costs, taxes, customs and additional expenses if applied.
